Our background checks form part of our due diligence checks and are a prerequisite process which aids in assessing your suitability for the care role and eligibility for the Certificate of Sponsorship.

Step Three — Interview
Following satisfactory checks and if shortlisted, our international recruitment associates will organise an interview over a video platform. During the interview, the team will discuss the care role in depth, as well as answer any questions you might have.
-
Step Four — Invitation
Once all checks have been completed, and following you receiving a firm offer of employment, your recruitment advisor will discuss with you potential training dates in the UK. You will then need to apply for your visas (if you haven't already) and book flights to arrive in the UK before training commences.
-
